Penne, spinaches and tomato sauce

– Spelt pasta penne, or different;

– Spinaches cooked in a pan with garlic soffritto;

to which add, at the end:

– Tomato sauce;
– Roasted sunflower seeds;
– Roasted pumpkin seeds.
