In pan:

curry and galician spice, olive oil and sunflower oil
garlic and onion

savoy cabbage chopped in thin and short slices
plus mushrooms

later add carrots cut in small pieces

+ a bit of mustard, (soya sauce) and salt

keep mixing and frying a bit
